sport at a high level and worked with elite athletes, including the North

Queensland Cowboys NRL. She combines science-backed training with real-

world knowledge to help kids perform at their best.

Cooper

Allied Health Assistant

Cooper has a long history in sport and strength training and also competes in

bodybuilding competitions. He knows firsthand the discipline, commitment,

and hard work it takes to succeed. Passionate and energetic, he believes

exercise is movement and loves helping kids build confidence.
